Have you felt yourself numbing out more than you’d like?

You’re not alone if you’re uncomfortable with how much you’ve been drinking lately, or if hours pass before you realize work “ended” long ago. It’s so common that addiction leads to struggling to balance the other responsibilities in your life, or simply finding that life has become centered around your addiction altogether. And if you’re struggling with addiction along with self esteem or anxiety - perhaps you’re afraid that things can’t be different for you.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • You want to cut back, but have struggled alone

  • It’s become one of the only things in your life that gives you a sense of relief or enjoyment.

  • It’s beginning to negatively impact your sense of self, drive and mood

Addiction therapy is an option.

It may feel impossible now, but you can regain control of your emotions without numbing out. You can change your relationship with your substances. You can find a sense of relief, enjoyment and wellness again. And I can help you get there.

Addiction therapy helps you do 3 things:

  • Identify the root trauma that is at the cause of the addiction you’re experiencing

  • Come to understand how the addiction, anxiety and self esteem concerns are impacting one another

  • Learn the emotional management and coping skills that will help you feel confident to reconnect to your life without numbing out through addiction.

I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to addiction therapy comes from a place of empowerment and healing: I believe addiction is a symptom of a deeper trauma - we can work together to help you heal and reconnect with your inner self.
